He is passionate about the need for families to be content with their care provider and keep their loved ones happy at home. Through his career in the industry, Lee recognized the need for a smaller, boutique home health agency providing highly personalized services. He founded Aarris Homecare to satisfy this need. Lee holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California..
